    Repose refers to a state of rest, sleep, or tranquillity. In this context, Repose is a rebirth after a very hard time.

More about our Space

We opened in September 2021! but our team have been working together for over 10 years strong together. Our Address is Dun Laoghaire, but you'll find us closer to Deansgrange & Bakers Corner.  Plenty of free car parking if you drive. The 46 bus is very close,or lock up your bike outside.  

We are connected to a Gym, called Underground Fitness, but we both have totally separate spaces. 

Home of Katonah Yoga in Ireland, which is one of the most popular types of yoga in NYC & LA and growing in Europe. We are the only studio in Ireland teaching this style of yoga. You will also find vinyasa yoga, meditation sessions, and breathwork in all classes & we love Restorative yoga. We motivate beginners to yoga to join any class & keep going and ask lots of questions to our teachers they love talking.

So, hopefully sooner rather than later, you'll be able to join one of our classes, and maybe be one of our members.
