The Plunge Sauna and Ice baths
The Feeling of Outside, With The Warmth Of Inside.
Available for single, group, or private bookings.We offer a luxurious, custom-built six-person sauna and two spacious chilled ice baths, with ice provided on-site. For those who prefer a gentler experience, there’s also a cool barrel rather than a full cold plunge, along with two outdoor rain showers. Inside, you’ll find shower and changing facilities, as well as a swimsuit dryer for your convenience.

Cancel 4 hours in advance. If full, join the waitlist! Unlimited pass holders, please cancel if you can't attend. New students, check your booking email for the door code.
Please arrive on time for a peaceful start. Free parking is available in ‘‘Yellow-marked spaces’’ or on the street. The 46 bus stop is nearby, and bike racks are outside.
