What to Expect as a Beginner Or if you are new to us.
We’re so happy you’re curious about yoga – and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Best Classes to Start With:
Flow & Relax – Gentle movement connected with breath (a beginner-friendly take on vinyasa).
Slow Flow – Perfect for easing into yoga with mindful pacing.
Restore – A deeply nourishing class, ideal if you’re working with injuries, limited mobility, or just want a grounding reset.
Beginner-Friendly Schedule ( it is best if you are starting to so 2/3 classes if you can fit it in.
Monday 10.00 AM - 11.00 AM Pilates for everyone
Monday: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM Flow & Relax
Tuesday: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM Flow & Relax
Wednesday: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM Slow Flow
Wednesday: 10.00 AM - 11.00 AM Flow & Relax
Friday: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM Restore

The Melt Ritual Fri 12.30 noon and pop up over the weekend.
Once you’ve tried a few classes and are feeling comfortable (and pain-free), you’re welcome to explore other styles. Remember, yoga should never hurt. A Few Things to Know

We have a 4-hour cancellation policy (so please plan ahead).
If you have injuries or limited mobility, start with Friday’s Restore and check in with the teacher about your progression.
