What to Expect as a Beginner Or if you are new to us. Some classes may change, please see our schedule.

We’re so happy you’re curious about yoga – and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Best Classes to Start With:

  • Flow & Relax – Gentle movement connected with breath (a beginner-friendly take on vinyasa).

  • Restore – A deeply nourishing class, ideal if you’re working with injuries, limited mobility, or just want a grounding reset.

  • Yin- Surrender Fri & Sundays

  • Vinyasa with Suzanne She is great with helping you take small steps but the above classes are are great.

Beginner-Friendly Schedule ( it is best if you are starting to so 2/3 classes if you can fit it in.

  • Monday 6.15pm

  • Monday: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM Flow & Relax

  • Tuesday: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM Flow & Relax

  • Wednesday: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM Slow Flow

  • Wednesday: 10.00 AM - 11.00 AM Flow & Relax

  • Friday 12 noon Yin

  • Friday: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM Restore

  • Plus any class with Suzanne if you want to addend other classes.

  • Plus check out the Melt Ritual Yin Yoga & Sauna Fri 12 & Sun 4pm

Once you’ve tried a few classes and are feeling comfortable (and pain-free), you’re welcome to explore other styles. Remember, yoga should never hurt. If something doesn’t feel right, let your teacher know, or consider booking a 1-to-1 session for extra guidance. You can reach us at hello@repose.ie.

A Few Things to Know

  • All classes must be booked in advance.

  • We have a 4-hour cancellation policy (so please plan ahead).

  • If you have injuries or limited mobility, start with Friday’s Restore and check in with the teacher about your progression.
