Casey King

YOGA TEACHER

For Casey, every yoga class is an opportunity for healing, self-love and a time to connect with inner strength. She deeply respects individuality and appreciates that each student brings to the mat their own body and life experiences within that body, “our biography becomes our biology” (Caroline Myss). With this in mind, it is significant to her as a teacher to approach each student with understanding and gentleness.

Casey provides high quality classes and promotes a non-competitive environment that encourages students’ to emphasise their internal growth over their physical performance. She works to create a balance of compassion, healthy alignment, injury prevention, and fun in every class. She believes that this combination ensures for a positive yoga experience on the mat and empowers students’ to confront life’s challenges off the mat with resilience, confidence and beauty.

Oilbhe Doyle

Oilbhe Doyle

YOGA TEACHER

Oilbhe spent years pushing her body to the max in various sports, until finally she found yoga to relieve her aching body. Whilst the physical relief was profound, the biggest and most transformational change was on her mental state, a state of calmness, stillness, contentment, a deep form of psychoanalysis, a journey in, a journey she sees as continuous – learning, adapting, changing course.

Oilbhe’ s first love is yin yoga, often proclaiming that Bernie Clark’s Yin sequences saved her life, she is intrigued with Katonah and has trained with Abbie Galvin from The Studio in NY. In 2019, she completed her 200 hr Hatha teacher training. Oilbhe likes to blend styles in her classes to give a challenging and dynamic flow with an emphasis on the breath and alignment. If you’re lucky, she may also give you a sweet hand’s on adjustment.

I don’t view yoga as a band aid, I view it as a vital support system that has to always be in place for me, it helps me live a greater life, I’m passionate about the impact it can have on any individual and want to be able to impart that passion and even to have a small impact on helping others in the negotiation of life’s ups and downs.
