Meet Suzanne weaves together her background in holistic nutrition, Vinyasa, Katonah Yoga, Restorative, Chinese Medicine, and Taoist philosophy, offering a grounded yet expansive approach to movement and self-discovery. Her teaching is rooted in tradition but always guided by curiosity, refinement, and connection to nature.

The Deep Well is our 200-hour foundational yoga teacher training, rooted in traditional Vinyasa Flow Yoga with a strong emphasis on mobility, intelligent movement, and the power of breath. Redefining the Breath: Explore functional breathing and movement patterns, and learn how breath supports, informs, and guides your practice.
With over 40 years of combined experience, lead teachers Suzanne and Joanne will guide you on a journey of self-study, ritual, refinement, and discovery. Alongside them, a team of exceptional guest teachers will share their unique expertise, enriching your training with depth and perspective.

Our weekend schedule is designed to provide in dept learning while still accommodating your personal and professional commitments. If you need to miss a session, we offer flexible catch-up options to help you stay on track.
We understand that life and family are important, so we’ve aimed to give you as many breaks as possible, including the full Easter break and most bank holidays. A few sessions do fall at the start of the training, but overall, we’ve balanced the schedule to allow you time for life outside of your training.

Pricing:
Early Early Bird: €2,500 – until the end of September
Early Bird: €2,699 – until the end of November
Standard Price: €3,000
Monthly Payment plans available, but must be fully paid by end of March 2026.

Trainee Perks:
Once enrolled, trainees receive 15% off class passes and memberships, helping you maintain a consistent personal practice during the training. This is optional but highly recommended.
Financial Support:
The Department of Social Protection offers a Training Support Grant for jobseekers. We can help you if this is something that you need.

Daily schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, plus 3 online sessions from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM.

Do I need any prior experience to join?
All you need is a love for yoga and a willingness to fully commit to the training. Our course is open to everyone, whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
It’s completely normal to have questions or wonder if the timing is right for you. If you’d like to discuss your journey and see if this training is a good fit, we’d be happy to connect.
I don’t want to teach, but I want to deepen my practice. Is this course right for me?
Absolutely. This course is designed to help you deepen your personal practice and strengthen your connection to yoga. You will learn so much more in a training than in any single class, gaining insights, techniques, and understanding that can’t be fully explored in shorter sessions. While it also prepares you to teach professionally, you are welcome to focus entirely on your own growth and learning.
What certification will I receive?
Upon completing the training, you’ll earn a 200-hour Yoga Alliance–certified certificate, recognized and respected worldwide.
